Montreal: Casa Bianca is taking a break! The owners, Danielle and Paul, have been super generous, opening their home to artists during tough times. They’ve hosted nearly 40 exhibitions and welcomed over 14,000 visitors. Pretty impressive, right?

Now, they’re gearing up for a big transformation. They plan to add a new exhibition space, separate entrances, and even some housing units. Exciting changes are on the way!

They’re starting construction soon, aiming to reopen in the fall of 2026. Paul mentioned that one thing will stay the same: the fountain. It’s a little piece of history they want to keep intact.

Originally a bed and breakfast, Casa Bianca has been a cozy spot for artists to showcase their work. After five successful years, they’re ready to take things to the next level. They want to preserve the charm of their century-old home while making it even better for artists.

With the new space, they hope to continue supporting artists, especially those who might be struggling to find opportunities. It’s all about helping people get back on their feet, and that’s something to celebrate!

Even though there won’t be any exhibitions during the renovations, the couple is excited about what’s to come. They can’t wait to welcome everyone back to enjoy contemporary art in their newly transformed space.
