Quebec City: The Montreal Canadiens are making a comeback to Quebec City after years away. They’ll be playing against the Ottawa Senators on September 30.

This game is part of two pre-season matchups at the Videotron Centre. The Senators will also take on the New Jersey Devils on September 28.

Remember the fierce rivalry between the Canadiens and the Nordiques? That was a wild time! The Canadiens last played in Quebec City back in 2002, losing to the Avalanche.

Now, they’re back at the 18,000-seat Videotron Centre, and it’s going to be a blast. Martin Tremblay from Quebecor, which runs the venue, assured everyone that no public funds will be used for these games.

Last year, the Quebec government spent millions on hosting the Kings, but this time, it’s all private funding. Exciting times ahead for hockey fans in Quebec!
